- Buzzybody Diet Tips
Normal Meal :
Breakfast : Coffee + 2 whole meal bread
Lunch : 1/2 bowl of rice + 1 bowl of vege + tauhu/fish
Snack : Coffee + Yogurt
Dinner before 8pm : 4-5 Yong Tau Fu or 1/4 bowl of rice + 1 bowl of vege + tauhu/fish
Dinner after 8pm : Plain milo or Milk
Fruits Diet :
Pine Apple + Papaya + Watermelon + Prunes + Grapes
Healthy Diet :
Breakfast : Plain Milo + 2 whole meal bread
Lunch : 1/2 bowl of rice + 1 bowl of vege + tauhu/fish
Dinner : 1/2 bowl of rice + 1 bowl of vege + tauhu/fish
Snack : 1 apple/ plain milo
Sugar Blockage Diet :
Eggs + Meats + Fish + Chicken
without rice..
