- Flight Experience with a Microlight at Rantau, Seremban

Terry, Ken and myself departed from office at 8.45am in the morning. We arrived  at destination after 1.25hours (10am). It was really far for us (KL to Seremban) :P.

We met Mr Chong, the person in charge, is an experienced flight instructor. He started involving in Microlight aeroplane industry since year 1983. He mentioned that 1 imported microlight aeroplane cost about RM100k, but if local made then will be half price of it. Wow... cant believe that this small machine is so pricey.

Our first participant, Mr Ken wearing helmet and awaiting hi Scenic Flight and Tour Narration of Seremban. Terry and myself, taking photo around while waiting for our turns.

It was nice and mind free when in the sky. Breezy wind, nice land's scene when viewing from the sky and stable flight that you can enjoy the journey to the max with no worries. Haha.. But if for those who looking for more exciting flight (like roller-coaster) then you better choose paramotoring.  This microlight flight is suite for those people who wanted to enjoy the peacefulness and freedom in the sky. Emm..Anyway the tour is short and end sharp after 15mins. Haha.. I wondering why our flights must landed sharp after 15mins, not even 1 min extra?? Really so punctual?? Feeling abit bad. Haha.. It was slightly annoying that Mr Chong kept checking the time when controlling the microlight.

Our sessions ended about 11am. Cert and souvenir given to us.
If you interested to control the earoplane your own, you can pay for learning lessons. 1hour charge RM250.

- Hamster ball at MAEPS in UPM

Played Orb before? What is Orb? That is a big big ball that can even fit in 2 human in it for some activties/games. That is common to see in Titiwangsa. Hehehe.. You can try it at MAEPS in UPM too.

We had 3 different interesting games at MAEPS 2 weeks ago.
Started with Downhill Orbing. I and my cousin - Jun Wei, being tied in the Orb, to ensure we are not moving around/hitting each other when the orb rolling down from uphill. Hehe.. that was exciting and dizzy when your orb was rolling down. I felt like bouncing inside the ball and my cousin almost crying in it. Hahahaha... super funny.I laughed at him after the first game. He showed me his silly face. Cute..

Next is KMX Bicycle riding. It was an tiring activity that you ride in that siting position. So bad luck that it rained when half way playing. We have to stopped the game and hide in the temporary built camp.
Just within a short duration, getting more players coming in as the rain getting heavier. We cant stand with the crowded camp and decided to move on to the water orb station.

This was the most relaxing and best game for the whole event. The worker pumped in Oxygen to inflate the orb. Half opened the long zip and required us to move in before sealing the orb. We being instructed to walk slowly towards the pond. That was great and fun that walking on the water. So so relaxing while laying on the water (inside the orb) too. I keep rolling in the orb, made my cousin keep falling down with unbalance body. Hahaha..he deserved it. Very soon, we getting harder to breath within the orb, due to the reducing of Oxygen in it. We surrendered and walked towards the pond side slowly. The worker unsealed the orb and let us from the orb.

That was a great and fun game that I missed out long time ago. Thanks Ken to make my wish came true. <3

- ATV Rides - Fun to the MAX

We have been waiting for this ride since mid of June 2011.
This fun activity is always fully booked as we need to wait for 1.5months to get our turns instead of 2 weeks as stated in the link.
We have 23 adults + 1 kid joined this activity on 30-Jul 2011.
We gathered at Zoo Negara between 8.00-8.45am and heading to the ATV Adventure park (7 tiers mountain) in group as parking area provided. But, I would prefer to car pool next time as I feel that parking at Zoo Negara's Parking B zone is much better than at the road site of the Adventure Park.
About 9am we arrived our destination; ermm... it started raining heavily. (Should I feel happy because of raining will let us experience more adventure during the ride or I should feel sad that we all get wet??!! ahhaah)
We waiting/chit-chatting in the small hut there, collecting the fee and start the safety briefing as we cant start the journey in heavy rain.
About 9,30, once the rain getting lighter, we start our journey. Yeah Yeah..Finally..!!
I was in the first group, together with Sarah, Ah B, Triston, Terry and Fendi.
We have at least 2rounds training first to get familiar with up and down hills before the actual one.
Every 6 participants split into a group and leading by 2 trainers.
Lucky girl - Sarah Leow was being fetch by the trainer, so nice...

We started our journey with about 45degrees going uphill. It was so challenging as our team mate - Sarah Kong has stucked in the mid way of going up hill. Aii..wasted that, I cant take out my camera to snap down such historical scene during the raining day. Haha..one of our trainer came and safe her after hearing her shout. Hahaha...I was just behind her and can heard that "Tolong ..tolong..I tersanggut.!! x 3 x 4 x 5 xxxx""

We have more challenging/adventure/enjoyable/memorable trip with this raining weather. All of us get wet and cold. We all gathered again and played/dipped in the waterfall 7 tiers (gather point after splitting into groups).
Pity little Sarah Leow that got wet/cold and trembling. But I still can felt that she was so enjoying.

Group photo of all participants before heading back to the starting points.
Thanks god that all of us were enjoyed the riding trip.
Hope we will coming back to ATV Adventure Park soon with another package and longer ride.
Hehehe... I felt that is too short duration in riding the ATV. Tak cukup syiok..We chosen Package B.
Planned for taking Package D or E next round; but costly :P
A must to try in this activity..
Cheers..

- Laser Tag at Galactic Laser, Mid Valley

Laser tag; it appears as a Question mark in my mind. Whats that?
When comes to the chance that I have accompaniment from my teammates, I decided to take part in this game.
Me, Ira and Terry went to Midvalley on 29-Jul-2011  to have 3 sessions of laser tag games with 15mins for each of the session.
We keep our bags in 1 locker that cost RM1 with no refund.
We changed and keep the game tokens. Each game one.
We have the first briefing session.
First game start with individual - wear your vest; remember your name, unlock the gun, hold the gun head and shoot. Our aim is to shoot the enemy's chest (vest), shoulder and the gun's head.  Go into the Laser tag arena (Dark room), listen to the music.
Once music starts, the game starts; Once music stops, the game is over.
Once we get shot, our light and gun will turn off for 7 seconds. After the light back activated, we can continue shooting. Once we shoot 3 targets continuously, our gun will upgrade to machine gun. We can get our result at the end of each game.

Second game play in groups - we joined with another 5 chinese players in a group. We get the last among the 3 groups. Hahaha...

Third game - played in 2 groups. We won this round. The stop time has shorten to 3seconds once we get shot.

That was great game that made me keep sweating even thought we played in air-conditional room.
It was really amazing. I will come back again for sure in the future with a big big group.

How it works :
Aiming for laser-like accuracy and efficiency, individuals, or groups of friends and temporary foes imitate galactic battle movie scenes in a 5,500 square feet arena with 3 levels. Combatants suit up in battle vests and brandish laser guns, before zapping opponents on impulse to gather points without causing injury during the non-contact game. Amidst a darkened arena with blood-pulsing music, unwary targets wearing light-coloured clothing glow under the fluorescent lighting and instinctively dive for cover under a curtain of fog as they stick out like an unlucky rabbit’s sore foot. Unlike films with parental guidance, marshals take action when players disregard game laws, keeping them out of commission for seven long seconds. Gamers are advised to wear flat closed-toe shoes. While running is not permitted, eager shooters take the opportunity to practice their speedwalking abilities. For the best Groupon experience, customers are encouraged to come in teams, but solo gunners are invited to combine with existing players in the arena.

- An afternoon of Tandem Flight Paramotoring

RM150 for an Air Venture.
A very good experience with this. First time searching for the location has spent us 3hours for the journey. Haha... We reached there was about 6.30pm when all people were packing to leave.
Luckily we were managed to arrive on time and took the fligth in the following week.

We departed from Jalan Ipoh and reached there about 5pm.
There was still a group of people in the queue, about 7/8 people.
Two "pilots" available there, James and a well-trained Malay guy; a cashier (wife to the Malay pilot) and the cute boy - Math (son to James).
If you looking for extreme ride, I would advise you to have the flight instructed by James. He is a super expert that can even has a wonderful landing in the condition that the paramotoring is out of petrol. He has about 10 years experience in this activity. From the flight, he will teach you how to control the parachute, bring u to nice place to get a good shot with nice field and sea view from sky. Never the rest, the most exciting moment is with histornado flying style;speed up, flying and circling the tree; from up to down. Extremely Nice..!!
Haha..my expression is nothing to you unless you try it out.

While you are waiting your turn, you can play with Math. He is mixed; Vietnamese and Australian. Cute, friendly and nice boy.

You get 15-20mins to experience the flight and you can choose to sign a course with James to have unlimited flights to learn how to control the paramotoring until you can fly alone.
Great one and thumbs up for this.

How it works :

# Paramotoring employs a giant motorized fan on your back to thrust you into the troposphere. Your introduction to paramotoring begins with a safety and equipment briefing. You and your tandem flight instructor will then buckle into a Nirvana Cruise Trike, which resembles an armchair with a powerful fan attached to it. At the push of a button, the motorized fan revs to life to launch the armchair down the field, enabling the giant parachute behind to catch the wind and lift venturing tropo-nauts off the ground. You will learn how to kite and control the wings of your parachute, as well as how to steer and change directions. Crafted from light-weight carbon fibre, fiberglass and aircraft-grade aluminium, the Cruise Trike safely soars helmet-touting aerial explorers up to 400 feet in the air, where they can spy on splashing water buffalos while pretending to be a Bald Eagle.#
