Abalone imported fresh daily from our neighbours across the pond, seafood snackers choose a stewed whole 7 head fresh abalone, with a support cast of mushroom and kailan, or a chilled whole 7 head fresh abalone with kailan. Dishes are prepared by a Hong Kong cooking master with three decades of experience. Tiny tots may share the abalone with small stomached parents and mollusk-shunning green diners are also appeased with a selection of vegetarian dishes.
