Chef Tan Tik San as Executive Chef
Chef Tan has been in the industry for 22 years and has worked with many reputable 5 star hotels in Malaysia in various positions including that of Executive Chef. Chef Tan has led teams to cooking competitions and won several medals. Prior to joining Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur, Chef Tan worked with P&O Cruises in Australia.
