Ken ordered –  Hot Crispy Chicken.

Braised Sauce Rice + Vege + Braised Egg + Braised Taufu + Taiwan Milk Tea. BIG BIG fried chicken. Value for money. But taste SO SO.

Terry ordered - Taiwanese Sausage

Braised Sauce Rice + Vege + Braised Egg + Braised Taufu + Taiwan Milk Tea. Not sure how was the taste. :P

Myself ordered – Oyster Mee Sua

Small bowl of osyter mee shua. Emm….Disgusting to me. The food quality and taste is still far apart if compare to my favourite Shilin. Tasteless mee shua; unmatched chilli paste and ordinary extra with the toppings.

Haha.. So, you can drop the set meal I ordered as one of your choice in future

Tried this Latte, after my archery activity in Sunway Pyramid. Eee…

Taste okay but with RM9.90. As a smart consumer, do you think that worth? Haha.. I am not a smart consumer instead.

- Factory Milk Shake next to Crown Regency Hotel

Nice milk shake with Snickers. You still able to chew the nuts and the chocolate was not 100% blended. You will feel the existence of Snickers texture.

Great milk shake with Crunchie. Taste sweet to me.

Very hot dog burger. It was common to me.

Milk Shake Factory just located next to Crown Regency hotel.Bored with your normal breakfast or no idea what to have as your breakfast? Good, here comes new choice for you. I believed this food concept is still new in Malaysia and it is still fresh to you. Multiple choices of topping you can choose to shake with your milk (Actually I can see they blend the topping with vanilla ice-cream).

As usual, lunch hunter hunting for good lunch.

What more?? Today my 2 colleagues were in bad mood, I guess they need big prawns, all seafood to keep them calm. Indeed is me who wants to eat the tom yam seafood. Hahaha.. Let’s go You Ai Seafood Mee Restaurant. Oh ya, why they were in bad mood? Sigh… That is common reason happening in working life --> being shoot by manager.

Yeah..Yeah..Finally, I can eat what I missed weeks ago, they were closed.

Small rm17, big rm19. INDEED that’s too expensive huh :P. Rare eat because high cholesterol too.

Anyway, if you’re seafood lover and yet to try; then you must try and you will fall in love with it. See, big prawns, mussels, octopus, clams a.k.a lala (in my world)..etc

J Tean Kitchen at SS2 Mall; nice environment? 
Yeah, I saw local artists shooting here weeks ago  :P. (If not mistaken was Lin Yu Zhong.)


We had their signature Pork Ribs + Red Plum Tea + Mango Pudding at RM23 for our lunch.
Nice pork ribs serving with purple cabbage salad and wedges as side dishes. 
Salad is tasty which rarely we see restaurant using purple cabbage. Wedges matches perfectly with the special sauce..
Pork ribs are yummy but the portion served was small ( hehe...less meat; more bone)
It is cooked in special bak kut teh herbs and spicess, marinated in a special house sauce and baked in the oven until it ripe.
Simple peach tea and mango pudding were served .


Overall, it was good, but the meals are slightly pricey. Erm...will back again (If I am rich)
Haha.. Kiding. Wifi availablr here and 3 x RM10 vouchers given as their goodwill to us.

- Red Velvet Cake at Seksyen 14

Hehe..
Attended 3.5 hours hands on Red Velvet Bakery session.
Each of us get to bring home 1/3 of the whole cake.
The class was conducted by Nicholas Pillai.


We learnt how to bake Red velvet cake; how to make chocolate butter cream and cheese icing.
How to apply the icing to cake; how to decorate the cake and etc..


Ermm.. Our icing was too watery, so you can see it was melting after we applied it on cake. Hahaha... Nice chocolate butter cream and cheese icing if we taste them separately. But they were too sweet to me if eat together as cake. Too bad :P

Mother seems professional too.
Son should be still in learning stage as can see he is just a teenager.

Had a farewell dinner with Kuan Ming and Terry on 09-Sept-2011 @ Hartamas Seafood & Steamboat.

The restaurant has a very quiet environment, due to less dining customers..hahaha..

But the place still good enough to proceed our dinner, with their good services.

We additional added on 3 Ying Yong, 1 honeydew juice and 1 herbal jelly since the package has no drinks included.

First, they served us the roasted Peking duck. Duck sliced and prepared in front of us. It slightly tasted like roasted pig but not crunchy and crispy like roasted pig. Haha... a bit sweet and salty with the sauce.

With their healthy cooking styles, we had tasteless fried noodles with Peking duck meat and crab meat soup. (Less seasoning?? Not sure, but it was really taste light)

Good enough baked sea prawn with superior sauce, average 2 prawns for each of us.

Nice and mouth watering stir-fried fish fillet with salted egg yolk. The best of the day. <3

Normal Fried vegetables with garlic.

Dessert of the day - Red beans soup.

We were so fulled after the dinner and it ended about 10pm. Good gathering time, hope friendship forever and we will meet up often in future even no longer working in same company.

Mainly provides facials, body cares ranging from  slimming and spa services to manicures and foot spas.


They are now promoting a 70mins microdermabrasion face treatment with point massage, shoulder massage and mask + a 70mins mini spa with back scrub, back mud application and back massage to reduce stress as well as relieve and soothe sore joints and muscles.

I do really felt slightly different before and after the face treatment. Skin seems smoother and with better texture. (I believed that is common result from every facial done)
The beautician and massage sifu are very friendly in explaining details on the products and treatments I tried on. Same, never force me to sign any courses and just required me to fill in a feedback form regarding how to improve their services to serve customers in better way or any satisfactions on their services. :P 


Overall I put good comments to them, but 2 more things that I not feedback to them are;
1. Do not let customer waiting in room for so long while the beautician just keep talking on phone, about 10mins time only come to you. 
2. Do serve a drink to customer after those treatments (regardless first trial or existing customers) rather than only serve drinks to existing customers.


Hahaha... I felt bad that like to complaint always.. ^.^

- Taiping Ho Chiak - Baba and Nyonya Dishes

Had Baba and Nyonya dishes as lunch at Taiping Ho Chiak
Our set lunch for 3pax that served with :
Ayam Pongteh
Sambal Kangkung
Lap Cheong Union Omelette
Small bowl of white rice
and unlimited soup of the day
Free dessert


This restaurant is just located few shops next to Chilli Pan Mee.
We had wonderful Ayam Ponteh, soup of the day (I had 2 bowls) and Sambal Kang kung.
Still remember their taste till now. :P Not bad.... <3
Nice honey ginger drinks but slightly pricey which charge for RM4.50.
Anyway, still all good, just that small bowl of rice is not enough for male customer, perhaps the boss needs to reconsider the serving portion :P


Lastly, the "Lou Ban Liong" came to us to get our comment on their food; explained their menu to us in detail and intro us their member card as well. (which temporary card is printed in A4 paper :P)


Ken has joined member with RM10 to entitle 10% off from the bill, effective from that current visit.
Will come again in future. (Not sure when...hahaha)

1. Only bath my dog every fortnight, since she is still too young.
2. Must go for injection, only let the dog out from  house after completing 3 injections, to avoid virus infection.
3. Introduced me to a very very kind and good vet in Sri Sinar...etc...


They do record down all pets' visiting history, so that they can follow up on our next visit. I really appreciated on their hard work to keep an eye on our dogs progress. TQ Peek a Pet and for sure will come back whenever I free, to get my dog a simple grooming session. Hehehe..perhaps swimming session for her? :P

- Hamster ball at MAEPS in UPM

Played Orb before? What is Orb? That is a big big ball that can even fit in 2 human in it for some activties/games. That is common to see in Titiwangsa. Hehehe.. You can try it at MAEPS in UPM too. 


We had 3 different interesting games at MAEPS 2 weeks ago.
Started with Downhill Orbing. I and my cousin - Jun Wei, being tied in the Orb, to ensure we are not moving around/hitting each other when the orb rolling down from uphill. Hehe.. that was exciting and dizzy when your orb was rolling down. I felt like bouncing inside the ball and my cousin almost crying in it. Hahahaha... super funny.I laughed at him after the first game. He showed me his silly face. Cute..


Next is KMX Bicycle riding. It was an tiring activity that you ride in that siting position. So bad luck that it rained when half way playing. We have to stopped the game and hide in the temporary built camp.
Just within a short duration, getting more players coming in as the rain getting heavier. We cant stand with the crowded camp and decided to move on to the water orb station.


This was the most relaxing and best game for the whole event. The worker pumped in Oxygen to inflate the orb. Half opened the long zip and required us to move in before sealing the orb. We being instructed to walk slowly towards the pond. That was great and fun that walking on the water. So so relaxing while laying on the water (inside the orb) too. I keep rolling in the orb, made my cousin keep falling down with unbalance body. Hahaha..he deserved it. Very soon, we getting harder to breath within the orb, due to the reducing of Oxygen in it. We surrendered and walked towards the pond side slowly. The worker unsealed the orb and let us from the orb.


That was a great and fun game that I missed out long time ago. Thanks Ken to make my wish came true. <3

Your massage session is now started. Tee hee...Exciting??

An Indonesia female will serve you very good with her well trained massage skills. She will explain your problem in details, like "You are tire, that is why your back is so hard","You take bath late? A lot of "Wind" in your body."...etc... Massage package comes with massage oil. Scrub and steam bath for 15mins.Felt released after the massage.Great.

The whole process only spend about 75mins which is good to those who is inpatient to spend and wait for long time.

You are advisable to take bath only after 1.5hours to let the opened pores closing down and soothing down.

The lady boss good in explaining the course in details and without forcing you to sign up any. This is a very rare happens in beauty line. Good try on it.

They shifted from Amcorp Mall to Jaya One.They have about 20 years experiences in running the massage business. They are now offering good massage package that allow you to share with your female family members without expiry dates.

You may try it out if you were around PJ area. Ciao~~

- Restaurant Chilli Pan Mee

Had a very good lunch with Vinnie at Chilly Pan Mee today.

Hehehehe... nice boiled egg + fried Jiang Yu Zai + fried union + dried chilli. That was my perfect lunch.

Good match with Sha Li juice too. ^.^ y

- Tanjung Sepat Trip

Tanjung Sepat was a place that I have been about 5-6 years ago. 
Well, this time we decided to go again, just wanna have a look at the famous Sepang Gold Coast.
Hehe... We 5 people car pool, departed from KL, arrived Ah Fu Bak Kut Teh for our breakfast.
This restaurant is famous with their seafood bak kut teh. If not mistaken, it has showed in some newspapers or magazines. :P  I felt the food okay okay only. Haha.. I am a devil.


After filling our stomach, we moved on to the "lovers bridge" (not sure the actual English name). There was a good place for photo shooting.


A lot of fishermen boats parking at the seaside. The wooden bridge seems a bit shaking when people running, walking or riding on it. Slightly felt scary on it. Why it has a nice name as lovers bridge? I am not really sure, but I remembered my friend told me that, this is because you can see a lot of couples dating or walking along the bridge during the evening time. That is so romantic to enjoy the sunrise the their love ones.

We visited to coffee factory as well. The factory was in a very small size. We can see how the coffee being processed.  That was a very amazing process to turn the raw fruits to coffee beans. The boss showed us the most expensive coffee in the world. I have forgotten what it calls, but he told us that those beans have been firstly processed by Toddy Cat(pooh pooh), then the workers picked them up and process again (From Indonesia is it??). The beans are in very good quality and prices counted in thousands. Emm.. the owner told us it cost about rm5k even in a very small bottle of volume. We learned how to make good coffee too.

Lunch time, we had the most famous PAU in Tanjung Sepat - Hai Yew Heng. Haha.. Friends recommended must have PAU here, as they are very delicious when served in hot. Em.. but it seems not to me. -.-' I prefer KLs' dim sum.


We headed up to Ling Zhi Farm, Kilang Keropot and Kerepek Tanjung Sepat  and then Sepang Gold Coast.

Yeah. We have arrived our destination - Sepang Gold Coast. Customers were being fetched by the shuttle bus from car park to hotel main entrance; from lobby to the rooms. Great one. The hotel is so big. The scene really good and peace. If I have a chance sure will come back and overnight here. 

Haha.. But how good if the sea is in blue instead of brown.. :P We left here after a tour around hotel.

We had our tea break in a very good seaview restaurant. Ordered coconut juice. Hehe..relaxing when the wind whispering around with the accompaniment of waves sound as the music.  Excellent. 

We had ikan bakar as our dinner with sunrise view. There are few ikan bakar shops around, but we have no chance to try the most famous one. Fully booked by someone for an event. Sob sob..sad..

Luckily we still managed to get one whereby can dined in with sunrise view. Better than nothing.

Haha...It has came to an end for our one day trip. That was really a fun and tiring day. Will be back in future  for overnight and ikan bakar.

- Pool Diving

- Fun OK - Cheras

First dining in FUN OK, cheras.
The restaurant has different themes for each partition, has made the environment seems slightly messy with its decorations but still nice and acceptable.
The lights are dim and romantic. The music is relaxing.
The furniture comes in wooden chairs, toilet bowl chair, half cut drum tables, japanese styles (which you can sit on the floor with a thin cushion) and etc.


We ordered 1 fried spaghetti with pork, 1 fried spaghetti with fish, 1 mushroom soup serving with garlic bread and 2 glasses of blueberry juice.
The mushroom soup was very delicious, especially the bread, after dipping in the soup, yumm yumm. Perfect match. 
Nice spaghetti too. 
The ice blended blueberry juice has something like pearls in it. Once you bite it, the blueberry juice/sweet juice will leak out from the pearl, really new and interesting to me. Haha... like chewing something in your mouth.


You may come and try the food+juice here if you are around Cheras area. You can enjoy the good environment too. Enjoy~~~~
