Follow hubby's Korea business trip (2-8 Apr):
2-Apr : 11.30pm flight from KLIA (MAS)
3-Apr: Arriving Seoul airport at 7.30am (an hour ahead than Malaysia)
Thanks hubby for giving me a chance to experience the business class's seat. (He exchanged his seat with my economy seat (Business class @ RM7k++, economy @ RM1,806, infant RM200)
Haha.. now only I know that business class passengers are serving as VIP. If you are economy class passengers, you are not allow to walk around the business class area.
You can request for socks, slippers and a lot more benefits.
The best is you can flatten your seat like a bed, you can have a very good dream in such long journey flight.
Transport from Incheon airport to New Kukje Hotel @ 99,600won + 6,600won toll.
Hotel: About RM300+ for 3 pax (1 single bed and 1 double bed)
Nice sakura view along the journey.. Yeapie...
Took 1 hour + to reach New Kukje Hotel.
After checked in, we headed to a restaurant nearby to have our lunch. BBQ with pork belly and fried fish. MMmmm Kimchi.. still, I prefer KL one.. :P (Spent about 33,600 won for 3 pax)
Wow.. Light rain and windy, it was really freezing... Extremely nice weather (so jealous their weather, fair skin and dressing too).
We enjoyed walking along the way..
Bought Jagabee fries, coffee, snacks from G25... and of course banana milk and aloe vera drinks..
Personal experience: No good to take night flight as next day is really tiring. After that lunch, we took our bath and nap till night. Sigh.. wasted half day.
Dinner settled with instant noodles from the convenience shop downstair.
P/S: You can see coffee shops and convenience shops everywhere. That is really common if you see half of the people on street are holding a cup of coffee.
1 grande Starbucks @ 6,600-6,900 won.
1 Starbucks card @ 5,000 won. (He he.. I have collected quite a number of Starbucks card cause of the reasonable rate compare to Malaysia one)
4-Apr:
Moving to Lotte Hotel today.. Yeah..
After checked in, we walking around the whole day to enjoy the windy cold weather.
Visited Dong Dae Mun, Insadong and Myeongdon again.
Hubby helped us to get the place where by we can take bus to Nami island tomorrow.
We bought the bus ticket here too.
Tried the street snacks, cold noodles, dumpling and beef soup.
Nice but pricey.
Night time is our crazy shopping time, shopped a lot facial items at The face shop, Etude house, Innisfree, etc...
Balina - Make up remover
Etude - Serum, sunblock, foundation and etc
Innisfree - Volcano masks (Open pores) (Bring along passport if you wanna do on the spot refund)
The face shop - Jeju 100% aloe gel
Personal experience: Mm.. You can get a lot samples from them with your purchase.. (Depends your luck)
5-Apr:
A day to spend @ Nami Island. (Nothing much change compare to my last visit - 4 years ago)
We took bus (spent about 1,5hrs @ 23,000won) which departed from Tapgol Park.
Nice scenery, but too bad it is not Sakura season yet.
Sigh... Missed it. Being inform that Sakura season started next week.
Quite a quick and rush day trip here.
Heading home at 3pm by scheduled bus.
If you have time, you can consider to visit to Petite France on the same day. (another travelling spot)
When we reached Insadong near evening, can't stop shopping again at Myeongdon (shop on behalf of friends) :P
There is a stall selling variety of cute socks and dealing with a reasonable price @ 10,000 won for 12 pairs.
6-Apr:
Namsan Tower via cable car. (8,500 won round trip)
A crazy and tiring day for me and my sister to bring a little boy to this Tower.
(We have to carry the stroller all way long up to the Tower outside the cable car. Argh.. )
Paid a ticket @33,000 with 2 tickets for Tower entrance + 2 tickets for Alive Musuem part 1 & 2 + 1 giant pop corn + 1 large soft drinks.
Nice snapping spot on top of the tower but, the Musuem, seems so-so to me. With some display background for your photoshooting.
